For our education contracts we deploy dedicated Area Management to oversee the staff onsite and action the requests of our clients. Depending on the contract agreement, a friendly member of the management team will visit anywhere from a weekly to a monthly basis to liaise with the school and audit the site. Reports are submitted to the client as the contract progresses to ensure a high-quality and consistent level of cleanliness.
Accredited Training
All of our staff onsite will receive a formal company induction and practical, ‘hands-on’ training by our British Institute of Cleaning Science accredited training team. The cleaning teams are trained on safe working practices, cleaning skills and the delivering specification with regular refresher training also provided.
Safeguarding and Vetting
Our recruitment is carried out in-house and follows a strict vetting process. We operate on a minimal interference policy and all operatives receive thorough Safeguarding training. Our staff are required to have an enhanced DBS check and formal interview prior to commencement of work onsite.
Attention to Detail
To maximise the internal aesthetic and safety of the school, attention to details is imperative. Our school cleaning specifications are detailed bespoke to education contracts to ensure that entire areas are thoroughly cleaned including high and low areas, fixtures and fittings and ledges and edges.
Green Cleaning
