Our Area Management is focused, consistent and dedicated to their respective contracts, allowing for the consolidation of long-lasting relationships. We operate in geographical clusters to minimise distance, time and carbon emissions in reaching our sites.

Bespoke Quality Management Systems
We understand that every site is unique with various requirements. This is why we detail bespoke quality management systems for individual contracts. We ensure we monitor all appropriate areas and metrics to define and action improvements from day one.
Quality Auditing
We conduct thorough and regular quality audits for all of our clients. The audit reports are created bespoke to the site requirements to ensure consistency in delivering high standards of cleanliness. The reports are fully visible to our clients and up to date on our integrated management system.
Tailored Operative Specifications
We tailor our cleaning specification for the individual requirements of each site. Areas are broken down to allow for a detailed and precise cleaning operation with an enhanced level of review and audit.
KPI Performance Reporting
We control the dynamics of the cleaning operation, monitoring and reporting on the contract performance as a whole through the analysis of a range of staffing and performance-based KPI’s. By breaking down individual metrics, we are able to identify areas of marginal improvement to optimise the service delivery.
BICSc Accredited Training Team
Upon award of a contract, all of our operatives are thoroughly re-trained by our British Institute of Cleaning Science accredited training team. We pride ourselves on the effectiveness of our training programme, offering a ‘hands-on’ and ongoing approach.
Communication / Management Support
Our people are specialists in what they do. We understand the importance of regular and effective communication and offer a professional, personal service with regular management visits to support our teams. We deploy two-way communication systems for the site and Supervision actioned on a daily basis.
Innovation
Integrated Management System
Our clients benefit from reports, trend analysis and other data bespoke to their site. This is visualised on our Integrated Management System, featuring a live dashboard visualising contract performance.
Mobile Technologies
Reef deploys an electronic quality auditing system, using mobile technologies to efficiently conduct and transfer report data. Onsite mobile devices enable supplementary photography and streamlined communication.

Machinery and Equipment
Our machinery and equipment range is selected bespoke to site requirements. We strive to implement improvements from day one with productivity enhancements through a range of innovative machinery. We review our equipment and machinery portfolio annually from selected suppliers.
Environment
The environment forms one of our REEF core values. We are ISO14001 accredited and sustainability is at the heart of our operation:
- Geographically clustered Area Management to reduce distance and carbon footprint whilst travelling to site
- Vehicle fleet responsibly sourced and fuel card services to monitor breakdown of emissions
- Paperless Head Office commitments – reporting, invoicing, payroll, internal documentation
- Reputable portfolio of environmentally considerate clients and working with them to achieve their environmental goals
In addition to this, we only use carefully selected and like-minded suppliers:
- Low wattage multi-speed eco-flex range of machinery
- Enviro chemical range – non-hazardous in dilute form
- Super concentrates range to reduce plastic waste
- Microfibre or biodegradable and compostable cloths
- All paper consumables are accredited to FSC
- Nordic Swan and EU Ecoflower compliant
- HEPA Filters to reduce harmful particle emissions
